Anytime is a great place to start your fitness journey or get a quick workout in. They have all the machines and equipment you can wish for. At this location, they also have a room with some turf if you wanted to run some Metcons or just prefer lifting in a more secluded area than the main gym. The fit is a great place to workout. Not only do they have a wide variety of workout equipment but they also have an indoor track, basketball courts, and a pool! Tahlequah is the home of the Cherokee Nation. Markoma is owned by the nation and if you are native you can go in for free! You can choose from machines, free weights, and more. Markoma offers CrossFit classes and other fun options to stay on top of your health. You can also participate in volleyball games and basketball games on certain nights! Okie is a great place to go if you are looking for a great community that will help you better yourself. Whether it’s a day drop-in or long term you can be sure to get a workout you enjoy and that will push you to be better. Okie is a class-based gym. Having the opportunity to work out with other people and motivate each other to be better is preferred by some so this gym would be a great fit for you! Ramos gives you an opportunity to approach fitness in a different light. Instead of your traditional weight lifting or running, you get cardio in a challenging and fun manner! The 108 Yoga Studio
Yoga is a great tool for your mental and physical health. It can be a less intense approach to wellness as opposed to the previous exercise options we have listed.
